Note:   This file was called    Inf-Tourn-Test-V4-Final.cmg   Ater a querry by a player on the afternoon of the 29th Oct, I renamed it Inf-Tourn-V4-Final.cmg  to ensure there was no doubt that the file now available to download is the Final Tournamnet version.  If you have already downloaded and started your game with Inf-Tourn-Test-V4-Final.cmg do not worry, for as I say, it is identical to Inf-Tourn-V4-Final.cmg.    Contact me if you need greater clarity.
